One hour later all bathroom tiles picked. Love them.
Enjoyed second opinion of M girl. [Like shopping with stylish friend.]
Floor tile is actually standard choice [not an upgrade].
Miracles happen!
Larger size IS an upgrade though. Go figure.
Get given coffee voucher. Have relaxing child free lunch at nearby cafe.
Return to full price list of upgraded costs plus samples to take home.
Blissful experience.

Find out 'standard' ceiling lights are ..... dismal.
Tell electrical guy exactly what I think of dismal lights.

Also hate energy saving lights. HATE THEM!!

Have to have them. Stupid council regulations.
Spend $7000 'upgrading' lights/power/TV points to adequate level.
Has to be done.

Same thing on previous house builds have taken MONTHS of my time.

So far so good.
M did LOTS of work in planning stage before getting any $.
Impressed with that.
Plans finally finished and gone to council this week.
Always stress out in planning stage. So important.
Began as Lincoln 37.
Ended up nothing like Lincoln 37.

Almost got exactly what I wanted.
Think my M girl must hate me.
Very happy.
